Whilst planning these activities we give the young person the full responsibility to budget and plan the activities they wish to do, therefore encouraging them to learn and develop money management skills, whilst still being able to enjoy and enhance their skill sector. 

We have found that the young people who have stayed with us have been able to really recharge, reset and take full advantage off their holiday experience whilst supporting their social, communication, emotional and behavioural skills to promote positive outcomes going forward.

Optional Training 

At Lakeland Outbound we pride ourselves on offering our young individuals the opportunity to enhance their qualifications, by supporting them in any training and development their wish to take part in. This can range from their own personal interests such as cooking skills, to educational subjects they feel they would like to improve on. 

All our training programmes are run by our in-house Training and Development Manager who is qualified to a Level 7 Diploma in Training and Development, ensuring full support and guidance can be given at any time and the young person will receive official qualification certificates to take away with them. This is a fantastic opportunity to build on their CV and widen their career path in the future.
